Dear TekWissen Family.

I wanted to again express what a fantastic success the first OORJA festival and company celebration was back in March.

I don’t think any of us really could believe the scale and grandeur of the occasion until we all arrived at the beautiful Park Hotel on Vizag beach. I was blown away not only by the organisation but also of the just how many fantastic colleagues could attend and travelled from all corners of India ( and London😊).

I mentioned in my Director’s note last month that the occasion gave me the perfect reason to visit our Offices and spend time with you all. We were also honoured to have special guests and important dignitaries present and even a press conference!.

It is so important to celebrate success and to be part of sharing that success was a complete honour. The highlight for me was not only watching the ceremony but then dancing with you all as we celebrated our success. My first experience of dancing with Bruce Morton to Bhangra was an interesting one and not something I shall forget quickly. The energy created when everyone was on stage was incredible!

Once the party eventually finished, I had the privilege of visiting your holy temple and spending time with the teams in our offices. We have truly amazing facilities, and it was so clear to see the strength of the working and personal relations you have built with each other. The company is only successful because of your commitment everyday to please our clients and candidates btw , The next time I visit I need a little more practise on the Snooker table 😊

I again congratulate all the winners of the awards and hopefully you are all inspired to win more awards and accolades and attend the event again for next year!. I certainly hope I can come back and see you all next year and let’s make it an even bigger celebration next year because of our continued global growth.
